The circuit shown is supposed to be a low pass filter with 50Hz cut-off frequency. But I don't like the output waveform. Wasn't it supposed to show Vo=Vin/2 since the duty cycle is 50%? (input frequency is 5kHz)

Notice the slight droop in the output signal.
It's settling towards the final value.
You didn't give the circuit enough time for the startup transient to settle.
Run the simulation for at least 30ms.
