Sieg X2D Mill Issue. Has anyone ever seen this problem before? Any Ideas? Thanks!

I believe you missed the point of my Jab.
It was a tease on the suggestion that we as electronics types send a board in to get fixed! :p ;)

If I gave you a failed 1990-2000 Ford car radio, and the parts needed to repair it you would not be able to repair the thing. And if I did not give you the required parts to repair it you would NEVER have a chance at fixing it. Not even with a good microscope and a robotic needle soldering iron.
Also, not every well skilled electronics person has any experience at all in diagnostics and repair. In a quite small organization I wound up doing it because I could look at a system and see what was wrong, while a part changer service person would simply change parts until they got lucky.
