Hi,

I am trying to run a half bridge circuit simulation in LTspice with customized Gate Driver. I am using C2M0025120D ( downloaded from Cree website).
But it shows an error called "Time step too small trouble with body diode instance". I can not figure out what is the issue.

I have attached the simulation circuit(New Simtest) in the thread. I have also included the switch model.

*** If I run the simulation for three phase case (New Sim), it works fine. But it doesn't work when i remove the two phases and the gate drivers.

Extract the attached folder and drop the files into the LTC folder inside program files. This will enable switch models.

 

Please extract the .rar file and
Drop the .lib files in C:\Program Files (x86)\LTC\LTspiceIV\lib
and .asy files in C:\Program Files (x86)\LTC\LTspiceIV\lib\sym

 

My LTspice collection includes a simplified transistor model C2M0025120D. This model does not take into account heat (the parameters do not change from the load), but dramatically simplifies the calculation. I made the model myself, adjusting the characteristics to the factory model.
