It’s not like the Amazon lockers, which is what I think you’re describing. The UPS access point is a UPS Store, a full retail location, which holds your packages for you.
No it is a UPS access point, it's at a truck stop. But for some reason the access screen won't work most of the time. Could be because it's out in the weather and not in the building. The guy at the depot says they can't get it to stay working even after calling in the people that take care of maintenance on it.

My apologies. I thought all UPS access points were retail UPS Stores. I walk in and I used to have to give my name. And the employees would retrieve and hand me my package. Nowadays, they see me in the parking lot and hand me my package as I walk in the door. No computer system to muck with.
