i have sg2535 ic ....and i want to built this inverter ....is cct diagram is correct or not ???
can i power ic without mosfets for test ??

Each FET may need an oscillation-suppressing resistor (say ~10Ω) very close to its gate terminal.
You should be able to test without the FETs, but I'd suggest you load both IC outputs with ~4700pF caps to emulate the gate capacitances.

Looks ok, problem is no output voltage feedback to the error op amp input pins 1,2, so how are you going to keep it stable....
