Alec_t Joined Sep 17, 2013 11,796 Apr 21, 2016 #2 Each FET may need an oscillation-suppressing resistor (say ~10Ω) very close to its gate terminal. You should be able to test without the FETs, but I'd suggest you load both IC outputs with ~4700pF caps to emulate the gate capacitances.
