I have a Electronic rain guege (tipping bucket) .
I want this device connect to the logger and report measure rain per 3h to the phone num by gsm modem.
can anyone help me for circuit and coding(by codvision ) this project . ( logger and gsm)
(output rain guege are 2 wires , must be connect to the data logger )
