Hi everyone, I am searching for a small 1-cell Li-Ion battery protection IC with an overdischarge protection voltage of somewhere around 3.2V. All the ICs, that I have found act more like a fail-safe with an overdischarge protection voltage of about 2.5V (e.g. DW01, bq297xx).
I would appreciate any recommendations and would prefer an IC with integrated FETs, since I am very space limited. Thanks in advance.

 

It is probably easier to buy a ready made protection module such as this.
