It doesn't look specially promising. It's a 13.8V linear supply.

 

That looks an awful lot like an Astron linear supply for the ham shack. IIRC they use a 723 voltage regulator.

Yes, it's definitely in the Astron species. I think I would just buy one of these https://www.amazon.com/UCTRONICS-Numerical-Stabilized-Converter-Adjustable/dp/B01LWXAC5E/ if I felt the need to make it into a bench supply. Of course the top voltage will be ~13.8V.
