Hi, I am planning to route PCB layout and have questions. There will be signals up to 1 GHz in 10 layer PCB.
At which digital signal frequency and rise time, the length of the trace getting important to consider ? Up to how many wavelength we can route without trace length consideration ?
In order to reduce the cross talk and ringing, what space should be there between the signals and how they are related to the frequency of the digital signals and rise time. I need some numbers so that I can use that much spacing for this type of signals and the other spacing for the other depending on the frequency and the rise time.
