Rex c100 PID set up problem

Hi , just having a few problems with my Rex c100 Pid controller which are wired to band heaters on a injection machine I have built . The k type thermocouples seem to be working . The output light is on but not heating up the band heaters at all . Any help would be appreciated in the setup thanks.
