Hi guys,
i'm using a rex-c100 pid controller.
I have a problem with the command output to the SSR. It seems to be that all conditions are right, but it still doesn't send any command to SSR.
So my questions are:
1. Can anyone guess what is the solution?
2. What is the difference between REX-C100FK02-V*DA and REX-C100FK02-M*DA and what constellation each one of them is used?

Thank you so much!

Given that we have no information about that intended control device, except what has been provided thanks to DANKO, we have no hint as to what you are trying to actually do.
My first "guess" is that without any sensor input there will be no sensor output. My second guess is that the TS has selected the wrong version to control the SSR. And my third guess is a wrong connection.

Hi,
As electrical engineer my knowledge in electronics is pretty wide. I already had the data sheet provided by DANKO.
I asked very specific question: what can cause the controller (even if it's standalone) not to switch the control lines (contacts 4 and 5)?
Is it wrong PID configuration? I tried to compare with YouTube clips and it seems to be configured right.
I have a thermistor working properly and a hot power line...

REX-C100FK02-V*DA
This controller works with SSR. It sends voltage pulses to SSR, but not switches contacts 4 and 5.

REX-C100FK02-М*DA
This controller switches contacts 4 and 5 by relay.

I have a thermistor working properly
REX-C100FК02-V*DA
REX-C100FК02-M*DA
Both controllers work with thermocouple type K, not with thermistor.

For example, controllers listed below work with thermistor Pt100:
REX-C100FD10-V*DA
REX-C100FD10-M*DA

See code for input type:

When "voltage pulse" is stated there is no mention of what that voltage or current would be. AND when "SSR trigger" is given, likewise. So there is quite likely that there is a difference between what is delivered and what is required. It might even be as simple as the output control polarity being reversed. Likewise "voltage pulse" How much and for how long????

Instruction manual contains answers on all of your questions...

Certainly not the first posting of the manual that I saw!! That was devoid of a whole lot of information that was important. Did the Thread Starter actually read all of that manual???
I DID read the manual and while it covers a lot of things, I would not choose this brand of product.
It may be that some detail of the initialization was overlooked in the setup.
I have implemented quite a few controllers over the years, including several different temperature controllers. This manual does not provide enough details about operation. It may be accurate but it seems incomplete.
Perhaps DANKO is familiar with his product and is better able to provide insights.

I did not choose this product. It is integrated in a machine of a friend of mine, so I haven't really had the privilege of choosing.
My work demands me to read manuals and specs so I think I really went throughout many data sheets of this product.
I was just asking what is the right configuration cause I think mine is wrong.

Your right settings depend on:
Code of controller. Is it C100FK02-V*DA, or C100FK02-M*DA or some other?
Type of temperature sensor?
Controller functionality. Cooling? Heating? Target temperature?

Also, what is your current setting? Please provide list of them.
