RESOLVED - "Best" way to Tap 24v DC from a 60v DC output SMPS

I have a 60v, 400watt SMPS that has a filter capacitor in it that runs very hot (imo)
X2 CLASS (IEC 60384-14) - MKP Series METALLIZED POLYPROPYLENE FILM CAPACITOR

It is rated to 85C and endurance tested to 110C but I measure 88C even with the cover off during light to moderate use (240watt draw)
So it routinely exceeds the nominal maximum operating temperature according to the datasheet.

I would like very much to add a 40 x 40mm fan to the case to blow directly on that device to prolong it's life.
Problem is, the only way I can find to do it is to purchase a buck converter and I really didn't want to have to do that (although I realize it might be the only way).

Anyone know of a simple and effective way to tap 24v out of a 60v SMPS ?

Thanks

I found that the cooling fan already in the SMPS is 12v.
Apparently most SMPS that have a fan already have circuitry that provides 12v for the cooling fan.
I can tap into that I believe. A small 40mm x 40mm 12v fan only draws about .1amps
