Resistor id help

Hi, this is my first post and Iam a total amateur. Iam having a go at fixing a faulty Bosch oven circut board and found a resistor burner out.
Picture attached, can anyone help me id it and maybe guide me to where I can get a replacement in Australia. Any help much appreciated.

It looks like the colors are brown-black-(something)-silver-(something).

The second something might indicate a number of things. Assuming I'm right, the first two values are "10". I'd be tempted to say that the first 'something' is brown, making it a 100 Ω resistor, but I would expect it to be closer in color to the first band. The next guess would be violet or possibly gray, but either would make it an extremely high-valued resistor, which would be unlikely to fail like that.

But leaving aside what the value is, simply replacing the resistor is unlikely to actually fix the problem. The resistor almost certainly didn't cause the failure, the resistor failed because of the true problem. Unless you fix that, the most likely outcome of replacing it will either be that the oven still won't work (because something else also failed), or it will just burn out the new resistor leaving you right back where you started.

Thank you for your help. I forgot to mention that we had a issue with the grid power. Apparently the voltage flaktuated and mainly on the low side. I could smell a burnt plastic smell when it happened. On pulling the oven apart all other components seem to look ok. This was the only obvious burned component leaving a black stain on the circuit board.
Happy to solder a new resistor into the board and see what happens. We have replaced the oven and this has just become a tinker project as the oven wasn't all that old. Cheers mate
