Is there any resistive humidity sensor that I can power with a dc voltage and with analog output not digital? I prefer araw sensor not a module.

There are very good capacitive humidity sensors available, but they require some skill in making them work well.

With many types of resistive sensors, it is recommended that you apply AC voltages in order to prevent polarization. You can implement this on an MCU by connecting the senor to two GP I/O digital pins and switching the outputs of the pins in an H-bridge configuration. Add a capacitor in parallel with the sensor and measure RC pulse duration or frequency. No ADC is needed because you are essentially performing your own A/D conversion.

I've seen cheap soil moisture sensors that run off a battery. That's probably conductivity, though, and not suitable for humidity.
