Replacing old welder SCRs with recent equivalencies.

I've pulled what appear to be 2 duff Semikron SKKH 91/04 from my non-working 1983(?) DC welder and so far have been unable to find the same type available, or any that are 90amp 400v.. Would I be right in thinking it needs to be the same amp/voltage in order to be safe?

Without seeing a schematic or being familiar with welders...

Anything rated 90A or higher and 400V or higher may be a candidate. Like, 100A/600V
