Replacing an inductor with a gyrator

Hi,

I'm trying to set up my LM2576, but on the datasheet, they use an inductor on the output pin.

Would it be possible to replace this inductor with a gyrator circuit? If so, what parts would be required and how would they be arranged?

Also, if anyone has an LTspice model of the LM2576, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me.

Thanks

As OBW said - no.

Gyrators are fairly common in multi slider graphic equalisers though.
