I have a DDR3 Ram in my system, below is screenshot of it from speecy software(by ccleaner). Can i replace it with DDR3L ram for upgrade, or L ram is not compitable?

What features should match between both for replacment?

 

No. .. DDR3L runs at 1.35V memory storage, whereas DDR3 runs at 1.5V. ..

Your attached thread does not necessarily contradict the excerpt from Dell - DDR3L can work at the DDR3 voltage levels.

 

From what I can tell, DDR3L memory will most likely work fine in a system designed for DDR3, but not the other way around.
