Když to připojím:

Na teleskopickém nakladači to funguje dobře.
K přepnutí relé (přepínání) jsem použil tlačítkový spínač.
V Polsku to zapojují bez relé.

Hydradig hd110
Když to připojím jako u předchozího teleskopického nakladače, nefunguje to! Hlásí to chybu.

Kamarád mi řekl, abych vynechal bílý drát - redundantní signál.
A ten modrý... připojte rezistor o hodnotě asi 400 ohmů, abyste vytvořili úbytek napětí.
Teď je to podle diagramu všechno jinak.

Taky mám problém v tom, že si to tady nemůžu kdykoli otestovat. Hydradig je ode mě v Praze 400 km... Připojím ho a pošlu na otestování a oni mi ho pošlou zpátky. A tak dále a tak dále.

Prosím, je tu někdo, kdo by mi s tím mohl pomoct a všechno mi to vysvětlit, protože už to v hlavě nedokážu pochopit?

Moc děkuji předem... Pavle

Hello,

Please use only engish over here.
Here is a google translaton:
Please help me replace the Hall sensor button.

I am not an electronics expert, I have just been into it since I was a kid and I like to play with it. I am trained in low voltage electronics but I still have a lot to learn. Everything is moving fast.

I don't know what to do with the Hall sensor button.
It is a button for a JCB joystick.
When I connect it:
Red +5V
Black 0V
I can't measure anything on the blue and white wire, even when I press them...
I measure against the black wire.

When I measure against the red +5V, I get +5V on the white wire and when I press it it is 4.98V.
The blue wire is 4.99V and when I press it it is 4.98V.

It works fine on a telehandler.
(agricultural machinery)
I used a push button switch to switch the relay.
Red +5V... via the button on the relay (switching)
Black 0V ... to the relay with a jumper on the middle contacts.

Blue output switched to 0V ... switches on by pressing the button.
White switched to 0V ... switches off/on by pressing the button.
It works fine on the telescopic loader.
I used a push-button switch to switch the relay (switching).
In Poland they connect it without a relay. White switches off and blue with black to the button and it's fine too.

(construction machinery)
Hydradig hd110
When I connect it like on the previous telescopic loader, it doesn't work! It reports an error.

A friend told me to leave out the white wire - redundant signal.
And the blue one... connect a resistor of about 400 ohms to create a voltage drop.
Now according to the diagram, everything is different.

I also have a problem that I can't test it here anytime. Hydradig is 400 km from me in Prague... I'll connect it and send it for testing and they'll send it back to me. And so on and so on.

Please, is there anyone who could help me with this and explain everything to me, because I can't understand it in my head anymore?

Thank you very much in advance... Pavle
