Remote Control RhinoCo RXPROR4 Reset question

Hi, All.
I have one of these that I have reset. All four relay outputs correctly become 'pulsed'. I am unable to program-in the second, original fob. Does the reset function clear all fobs from memory allowing four additional fobs to be programmed-in? RhinoCo is/was an Australian company. Any answers welcome. Thanks.
