i require how to fix the setting of a relay. i will provide the details:

system voltage = 6.6 KV
outgoing breaker rating = 1250 A
load rating = 2x2666 KVA
load current = 466.4 A
Over current setting = ?
Pick up = ?
Time dial Setting=?
Time delay = ?

i need the formulas of all these.
