Hi all,
I am Dinesh. I am in need of a clearance that which amplifier i should use to invert my analog signal.

I have an output from my pressure transducer that range between 0 t0 5v when the pressure is 0 to -115Kpa, but i need an output of 5 to 0v when the pressure is 0 to -115Kpa. could you suggest a method to invert the signal.

whether can i use any amplifiers.

hi Dinesh,
Welcome to AAC.
The signal inversion is possible if you use an inverting OPA with a Gain of 1.
The OPA will have to be a rail to rail output voltage swing,or using a dual supply of +/-6V would work OK.

Update:
Using dual +/-6V supplies will ensure a +4.5V to 0V output.

The 741 needs the supply voltages to be about 3V greater than the output peak voltages, so would require at least a plus 8V and minus 3V supply to generate a 0 to 5V output.
Look at the 741 data sheet output voltages versus the supply voltages.

Have you downloaded and installed LTspice?
What help do you need?

Yes ihave installed it, i cant able to simulate the schematics.

can you help to select a op amp for this spec

supply voltage-5v
it should invert my signal from 0 - 4.5v to 4.5 - 0v
