A 741 is not suitable for your project when using a single supply voltage of say 5V
If you had a +/-12V dual supply, a circuit could be built around a 741.

The 741 opamp was designed 52 years ago to use a +15V and -15V supply. You might find one that works in the circuit that is shown if it is powered from +12V and -12V. The last time I used a 741 opamp was about 30 years ago and it did not work properly.

It is not possible to use a single 12V power supply in that way, there is no common ground/0v reference for the supply.

Your opamp's + input is at +2.5V but the datasheet of an old 741 opamp shows that some of them have inputs that do not work if its voltage is less than 3V.
The datasheet for an old 741 opamp shows a +12V and a -12V supply, and where they are joined together it is ground.

This is the only single supply option I can suggest that suits the 741, requires two LM741 and an isolated supply.
This is a simulation, I would strongly recommend that you try the circuit on a project board and prove the circuit before final assembly.

BTW: there are 5vDC to +/-12Vdc 1Watt miniature PCB mount modules available, can you buy this type.?

It would be easier to use a MAX1044/ICL7660 and create a -5V supply.
Now you have a bipolar supply.
that's not enough for a 741 in this requirement.
For practical experiments i used UA741 op amp but for development there only way is that i have only 5v input for op amp.
If you only have 5V power then you can't use a 741.
I used AD8515 only theortically, and i have got as shown
The negative side of the power source must be connected to ground.
It cannot be left floating as you show.
