I am trying to amplify the thyristor output voltage (1-10)mv range using OPAMP741,358 amplifier.

can any one suggest me good instrumentation amplifier with low input offset voltage and uniform gain

 

A thyristor is an SCR or a TRIAC, so I don't see how you are getting mV from that.

Do you really need a differential input amp or just a low offset op amp?
