I am trying to use the instrumentation amplifier for amplifying the 1-10mv range . I want to do simulation using AD620 and AD8226 . I got .cir file can anyone tell me how to use .cir in LT SPICE

Can we use single power supply instead of dual supply

Can we use single power supply instead of dual supply
what is IN+,IN-,Rg+,Rg-

IN+ is Non-Inverting Input. IN- is Inverting Input. Rg+ and Rg- is for connecting Gain resistor.
