I have a solenoid valve in a Crane’s hydraulic system to be tested. Specs of solenoid valve mentioned as 220V, 60 Hz.
Solenoid valve didn’t energise when 220, 50 Hz AC supply given.
Understood from maker that a rectifier is incorporated in the Din connector and final supply to the Solenoid coil required is “DC”.
Rectifier not available to test the valve. The resistance of solenoid coil mentioned as “150 ohms”, measured & found correct.
Tried with Bridge rectifier, blowing out repeatedly.
Can any one help me with solution reg correct specs for the rectifier to be used.
