My handheld device just posted my simple (but perhaps not very concise) question about 26 times here on AAC. I'm capable of looking stupid without the assistance of an expensive smartphone.

Is this fairly common? Do our more intelligent members only participate using their laptops and desktops?

Nothing or nobody here is smart in any way.

With this small tablet I just post replies. Threads are started with my desktop.

 

Smart phones allow humanity to step back and see how further the smart devices must come before we need to worry.

My daily fight is with spelling and grammar check programs (and trolls) that too many times take correctly spelled and in context words out and replace them with others that don't fit the sentence all right before my eyes while I type.

Also going by the number of other people's posts who have words that do not fit the sentence context I assume they too are running the same program I am and just as me not doing a dedicated word for word re read of what they wrote Vs what the correction software rewrote it into every single time.

Things I have noticed so far.

Toomany = Tammie.
Spelling =Spilling
Continually = Continentally.
Reread = Rabbit.
