What is the name of this? it is unnamed, I want to read information from this, But I don't know exactly name of this, I think that, it is microcontroller. Please share your experience.

 

The PCB label, "U1" is typical for any integrated circuit. It's identification has been purposely removed so you can't easily identify it. If it happens to be a microcontroller, there is not much you can do with that information.

Ahhh..my invisible ink reader was unable to suss out the name of the part. You might have to slice open the package and read the label on the die.
