How it is possible to energies a relay from the output signal from pyronics KX 15 ED movement sensor signal voltage is 1.5 Normally this is connecting to an alarm control panel,

It should be possible to drive the base of a transistor with that signal, probably with a series resistor to limit the base current. But since we have not much more information, such as the common of the source of that voltage it is not simple to describe the rest of the connections. But the short answer is "YES", adding a transistor
