Don't forget you have got LOAD connected to V+.
So check that the voltages on the op-amp input don't exceed the op-amp's common-mode input range.

I think that it is false to take the measurement at this point. Maybe i need a circuit similar to that i have but measuring the differential voltage on the load.Could i change the one i have?

I don't have something specific yet. I just sypposed that it is ohmic.
