Hello, does anyone know an 30... 40mA SMD Integrated Circuit driver, working with 5Vdc logic input and 24Vdc push pull or totem pole output, with 1, 2 or 4 channels? Or will I have to do with transistors like the drawing below? Galvanic isolation is not required.

Thanks

Any kind of MOSFET or H-bridge Motor driver will do the job
Thanks Papabravo,

I did several searches but I can't find for 100mA and 28V for example. Only for very high currents. In the same project I will use 4 sets of outputs.

Your circuit will not work.
Try this one:
Yes you're right, it could never work. The way you present it is correct.
This was just an example but unfortunately incorrect.

What I really want is a IC Integrated Circuit.
My project connect to sink or source PLC inputs and PLC inputs is 24Vdc and abaut 10mA.

Thanks

You don't need to find a part the closely matches your requirement. You find one that meets or exceeds your requirement. As always, cost is a factor.

Thanks, but for high currents there are several. I need it for 30 or 40V and 30 to 100mA.

My project connect to sink or source PLC inputs and PLC inputs is 24Vdc and abaut 10mA.
You know that the current rating is maximum current, right? It will still work at lower currents!

The 2N2222/PN2222/KSP2222 (NPN) and 2N2907/PN2907/KSP2907/ (PNP) are popular choices as well as their surface mount counterparts. Up to about 600 ma and 40V on the collector. Low cost, readily available, and flexible.
