Purchasing a JTAG Device

Hello everyone,

I've been reading about using JTAG as a effective solution for programming and debugging embedded systems. To gain practical knowledge, I'm planning to purchase a JTAG device, but I could use some guidance on which one to choose.

Could anyone recommend a JTAG device suitable for beginners? I am from india I'm looking for something that's reasonably priced and user-friendly, ideal for experimenting with programming and debugging microcontrollers.
