The first process is testing for the spray pattern, as well as testing the flow rate (in cc). After that is done I disassemble them, clean out any visible debris. The injector is then placed in the ultrasonic tank, disassembled, and cycled for 10 minutes (sometimes more). Then put back together for re-testing. This is an example of some of the debris that can be found behind the pintle. This is scraped out, and then the injector and pintle are put in the ultrasonic tank for cleaning.
