A simple SMPS,
Ok, so what power, voltage in , voltage out , wat isolation voltage between input and output ?

Voltage In is 3 Phase Input 3 lines 220V to 240V AC, Voltage out 12V or 5V DC for isolation I didn't find any component yet. Current is 100A max

That doesn't sound like a "simple" switched-mode to me!
A PTC for that sort of power would be a chunk of Barium Titanate the size of a house-brick.

As it's three-phase shouldn't the over-current protection disconnect all three lives at once?

3Phase AC kills,
3 Phase SMPS are much more difficult than single phase
100A at 12 V, is enough to make one heck of a spark, and weld a screwdriver to the terminals.

So I'd like to ask what is your experience level ?

100A is not at the 12V out. needs to switch between 3 phases without stopping the work of the controller.

My experience level is 0 for the circuit design, that is why I am checking

Can you be explicit please

What current and voltage out do you require,
