Hello,

Your 7414 oscillators will not work as they are drawn in your schematic.
All capacitors of them are directly connected to the Vcc.

You are both right. I don't know why I even put Vcc in the schematic there. Its not connected that way in the circuit. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll correct it and upload again.

Schematic updated. Does anyone know how to reach a moderator so I can get this moved into the Completed Projects forum?
