Hi all,

I came across this neat project for a lightweight GPS tracker - however I have never programmed an ARM uC before. Whilst the devs document the debugger they used, it is quite expensive and not available in the UK.

Could anyone suggest a reasonable debugger that would work, and that is somewhat more available?

Also, what IDE, etc would you advise I use?
