i am having problem when using moc3043 plz help me in that the lamp is flickering it is not stable when we the lamp is connected. please help me in that.here is the a part of the circuit:

One question, based on the fact that you have "A Lot" of the devices to test, is if an automated system is needed, and how extensive the test must be.
Since it appears that this device is able to control both halves of the AC load power, a simple check will have two incandescent loads, each with a series diode, operating at the appropriate voltage, to verify that it is correctly switching "ON". That is a simple check that can be combined with the input circuit check. The input side test would have a well regulated DC bias applied through a series resistor, and the forward voltage would be monitored to verify that the current draw was within specification. The last check would be a turn-off test, with the input voltage off and observing that the resultant load voltage had fallen to the specified value. This will catch leaky devices that do not switch off, as well as short circuited output sections. What is not checked with this scheme is response times, off and on. If response time checking is also needed then it gets more complicated. Using a "zero insertion force" socket to make the test connections.
