Problems with HCPL-0211 circuit

Hello, it was a while when i was last time writing here :)

Today i encountered another problem and i am back asking for help. I am trying to do optocoupler circuit with HCPL-0211.

PWM1 and Reserve are 24V PWM (10kHz) signals and i want to get out 5v PWM. Any idea what is wrong with circuit, because i can't get it working. It works with HCPL-0731 because i am already using it, but for this project i need non-inverted optocoupler... so i am trying to get HCPL-0211 to work.
