We are presently trying to produce new PCB Board; we think we had learned till etching process completely. Presently we need help form you all on plating process. Recently we had tried plating process using tinning solution and the tinning solution is created with mixer Distilled Water, stannous chloride, Thioure, Sulfuric acid with help of data available in http://pcbhowto.com/articles/tin-plating-copper website.

On first mixing we get exact results as mentioned on website and after that from second time mixing solution had expiring in 1 hour. Now the problem is we had brought acids for high cost. So we request you give solution for tinning process.

The problem is probably related to use of sulfuric acid. Here are two articles that might interest you. The first is a patent. The second is a more recent description of improvements.
