Hello,
There are 8 LT1328 optical front ends. Is it important to use one LDO per LT1328 or powering all 8 frontends by a single LDO won't significantly degrade the design ?

 

At only 2 ma per chip I wouldn't think separate supplies would be needed as long as the LDO is well filtered.
Other option is to isolate each chip through a diode to the 5 volt bus.

Ok for single LDO.
Since the LT1328's internal low pass filter apparently could suppress low frequency noise, perhaps a better solution is to use ferrite beads instead of a diode (or diode + ferrite beads)?

 

I don't have any experience with that chip but using both diode and bead shouldn't hurt.
