I had been using a condenser betwin de vcc+ and the ground to power a op amp configuration but I really wont to know for what are this capacitors?? some times I saw also this capacitors inthe negative power but if we are using single supply how did you recomend to conect it???

These are called bypass capacitors. There is a sticky at the top of this forum addressing this.
