hii I had to remove flash of of a pcb for analysing its memory,So how can i power up that flash now? and read data?

 

You will need to take a look at the data sheets on the IC and see how it is accessed, it will need various sequences of timed pulses to access different addresses and read the data content.

I m analysing winbond flash, i have removed it from the PCB, now im thinking to use flashrom to read the data,but i need to give external power to the flash ,how can i provide??

Windbond makes more than one FLASH device and they use multiple packages. Post a part number.
