Powering a DC motor with 2 power sources

Good afternoon,

I've been working on a project now for a bit and have been posting questions here to help me along. So to all who have helped me thus far, thank you.

The question: (See attached picture)

I have a variable DC power supply, and a rectenna which power a 24 volt DC motor - in theory - so my question is this. IN CONCEPT, could I power a DC motor with both a DC power supply, and a rectenna at the same time? I'm not asking if this is efficient, I'm just asking if it is possible. Thank you!

Assuming that motor is 24 V DC then yes; OR with diodes both supplies to motor. Adjust variable
supply to = rectenna supply.
