sorry guys am not being rude but honest , i need this so i can get the attention of my animals in my farm.
i know it sounds stupid but i seen it work , so i need something like this , i wanted to know can i use 5v to 24v booster on 12v car horn ?

An actual car horn might be a bit heavy unless the drone is big.

There are various off the shelf alarm piezo sirens that would be lighter and easier to supply.

Some car alarms are piezo, light weight and nearer the low end of the price range - some use reflex horn speakers, they sound good but are heavy and expensive.

A basic Sonalert will work down to 5V and is pretty loud.

5v is all you have available on the drone? Do they make drones that run on 5v? If so it does not sound like a drone that could carry much more than a paperclip

The TS also wants 100W LEDs - lifting the generator for that might also pose a few difficulties.

i have phantom 3 advanced and i can load 2 12v battery if i want to, i am trying to make light wight as possible by using smaller batteries and make output voltage higher by boosting them

Does not compute. Lower voltage does not correlate with smaller size battery.

You probably need to explain to the TS that the loads mentioned so far are going to need a big battery - regardless of what voltage is decided upon.

Its worth providing a battery with the required voltage because converting up or down will incur losses.

Converting up multiplies the battery current, so volt drop and related losses in the battery cables start to become significant.

the drone has its own battery and this battery shown on link will be additional to power up either the led lights or horn

That makes no sense. As the online specs say the phantom 3 has a 15.2 volt ~4200 milli amp hour battery which is good for up to 23 minutes flight time. In real life terms that a at minimum power drain of ~ 167 watts of which I suspect the motor controllers are about maxed out on input voltage and power at that being by design they have been made as lightweight as possible.

So by adding more battery capacity with bigger batteries you add more weight plus if you are wanting to run a higher battery voltage there a good chance you will cook the motor controller circuits with it by either the over voltage or the over current or both.

Puting more voltage to a BLDC motor and its controller to get more power is like putting nitrus to a internal combustion engine. you can only go sofar over the stock design for so long before you just burn things down and have nothing. Being they use a 15.2 volt battery the odds are the controllers are not built to take much over 18 - 20 volts for any amount of time beyond what a new fully charged battery puts out which is maybe a few minutes tops.

Am not adding any extra power to current drone battery , am just mounting external battery onto the drone so that i can light up leds.

As long as everything is within its lifting limits it will work but the added weight is going to bring the flight time down substantially. Maybe to less than 10 minutes which for any outdoor work is a basically useless timeframe.

Why not just mount the light, horn, loudspeaker, crop-sprayer or whatever else you have planned at the top of a portable tall pole, instead of on a wimpy drone?

Are you talking about 100W of LED power - or the equivalent illumination?

The H4 headlamp bulb is usually 55/60W - the LED replacement bulbs are usually around 7W.

The battery you linked will probably have a short life driving a car horn - both charge duration and cell life expectancy.

the horn will not be on always it will be on only when i press it so its not constantly draining power right
