polarize transistor calculate

For the transistor below, consider that â = 100, VBE = 0.7 V and VCEsat = 0.2 V. The polarization voltages VB, VC and VE are, respectively:

I can't find the answer, my values don't reach the answer C

VCE=VCC-IC*(RC+RE) = vce=5-3.905540417802E−4*(2000+1000)=3.8283378746594 V

I don't know my mistake
What if Vce is Vcesat? Is it possible that the transistor is saturated? If it is, do the resistor values even matter to selecting the answer?
