Most lecture notes I found online explain using NMOS input differential pair amplifier.

Does anyone know where I can find a lecture note or video explain using PMOS input differential pair amplifier?

As for NMOS input and PMOS input, they are exactly the same in operating principle. You just need to study the characteristic of each type relating to speed, noise, input common mode voltage,...
