I want to build a PLL controlled FM transmitter with LCD and PIC 86-108Mhz that is capable of measuring power, reflected, temperature and modulation. Also stereo generator and RDS.
I'm studying internet projects like RDVV, Pira, Bygselvhifi and others.

It is illegal in most countries to transmit such a high power as you have without a license. The license allows you to use only a frequency allowed by the government not used by another or adjacent frequency radio station and many spec limits such as very low harmonics that can cause interference on other legal communications.
