It looks like 910 x 100 pF, i.e. 91nF to me.

I would probably go with 91000 pf. why did max say 200pf? can someone explain each color code on how you got the value? thanks

The chart says to use the top colors. Looks to me to be the brown is a one, and the next color is black, which is a multiplier of 1. 1mmf

Lets try this again. Brown, 1, Black, 0 so we have 10. The bottom right is red, so we have a multiplier of 100. 1000 mmf.
