I'm looking for an avr microcontroller that has 16 bit adc resolution please help

 

Sorry the if you look here http://www.atmel.com/products/microcontrollers/avr/default.aspx under product serach. You will find that 12 bits is the highest number of bits

 

You can get 16 bits and more using an external D2A.
