I have have touch panal pcb board of 5 pin each five pin is connected to the 6 pin ic one of them is burnt out number written on ic is AA4 I could not find this ic and its data please help me..

 

Try using H11AA4 number.

Size has absolutely NOTHING to do with function. Why would you think this is the case? Do you have a schematic for the board?

ETA: The SMD marking database suggests a Torex Semiconductor voltage regulator. Multiple pieces on the board suggest this apparent match may not be valid, unless you have some reason to think otherwise.

XC6114B635MR is 5 pin microcontrollar rest ic ..but my ic is 6 pin and taking input from touch panel of 5pin. each pin of touch panel connected to individual AA4 .
